Not just the summer...

Beaumont is available for letting all the year round. Outside the high and middle seasons we can offer highly preferential terms and we occasionally have bookings from English customers looking to relocate in France. We have also had English families who wish for their children to spend several months in a French school.

The Charente-Maritime is a popular area to retire to and we have helped a number of our clients relocate to this part of the world. We have a small but significant number of people staying with us out of the normal holiday season searching for their ideal retirement or second home and we frequently act as their interpreters with local estate agents and notaires.

Check the availablilty of our cottages on our availability system. Send a request for a cottage to be reserved directly to us «via email». Please note that this will only allow you to register your interest - your booking will need to be confirmed! Once your interest has been registered, no-one else will be able to request the same booking in the next seven days. You must supply a valid email address which will then be used to send instructions to validate your request.
