"These traditional cottages are set in a lovely 10-acre site on the Atlantic coast with a large heated swimming pool and play areas for children. The beautiful beaches of the Cote Sauvage and the Ile d’Oléron are close, and the historic towns of La Rochelle and Saintes a short drive away."

We don't disagree with them and we think we have got even better since then! All the quotes speak volumes about the cottages, the facilities, the weather and the local area.

The children are delighted that we have chosen to come back again. We had a fabulous time this year and we very much look forward to returning again next year.

We would like to thank you for providing the conditions for our wonderful family holiday in the Charente Maritime. I know you did not provide the weather but that was fantastic also. We have, and will, recommend Beaumont as a great base for a holiday in France to family and friends. As we found out there is so much to see and do in the region and Beaumont itself is such a wonderful place with excellent facilities and a quite magnificent setting. This is our fourth visit here and we all love it. The children have had great fun in the pool and catching frogs and other creatures in the pond.

The pool was the best part of the stay - a good temperature to dive into after a hot day at the beach. The little pond was very enjoyable, especially when the little baby frogs come out.

We have had a truly wonderful holiday here. The weather has been fabulous which has made swimming in the pool brill. We have also been lucky to have been surrounded by other lovely families who have been great company. This whole area is so peaceful, calm and beautiful. The pool here is heavenly, as is the whole place which has made this holiday wonderfully relaxing

We have had an excellent time. Wonderful weather. We have spent most of our time on the Ile d’Oléron on the Grande Plage - great for body boarding; there was also a nice quiet beach at Boyardville. This is a lovely part of France to visit and we shall definitely be back.

A great week yet again! We have really enjoyed our stay at Le Hibou and the weather was perfect! Ryan (10) and Hannah (8) absolutely adore the place and the freedom they get here, especially the gorgeous pool which proved difficult to get them out of! Hannah loves Delilah the dog and holding the baby frogs of which there were many. We also spotted the water snake!
